If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

 

1. Pack the item(s) to be returned, along with the Return Form.
2. Peel off the Return Label and adhere it to the return package. 
3. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address below. Returns should be sent via registered mail or UPS so they can be tracked if needed.

Makeup

Sorry Dermablend products may not be returned or exchanged.

Kits must be returned complete with all items included. We can not accept partial returns or exchanges. If partial kits are returned, no credit will be given and the product received will not be returned.
